INTERNATIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE (LONG AN)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers (wholesalers, distributors, and retailers).
- Identify and develop new customer accounts.
-Implement promotional programs for new crop protection products (agrochemicals).
- Oversee product registration processes.
- Recruit, train, and manage sales staff and supporting team members.
- Manage the supply chain operations in the assigned country.
- Control and optimize company expenses.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Open to fresh graduates.
- No prior experience required (experience is a plus).
- Male/Female, aged 20–30.
- Proficient in at least one of the following languages (listening, speaking, reading, writing): Khmer (Cambodia), English (Philippines), Thai (Thailand), Bahasa (Indonesia), Portuguese (Brazil).
- Willing to travel and work abroad for a minimum of 8 months per year; the remaining 4 months working at the head office in Vietnam.
- Ambitious, hardworking, and willing to take long business trips.
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following majors: Foreign Languages, Economics, International Business, Agriculture, Crop Science, Plant Protection, Chemistry, Finance, Business Administration, Biology, Food Technology,...
