**RESEARCH AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (LONG AN)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage laboratory personnel: task assignment, training, supervision, and performance evaluation.
- Establish and maintain the laboratory quality management system (ISO/IEC 17025).
- Manage documentation, manuals, forms, SOPs, test reports, and data traceability.
- Manage materials, chemicals, standards, solvents, samples, and plan for proper procurement – storage – allocation.
- Monitor calibration, maintenance, and periodic verification of equipment.
- Manage testing schedules, sample prioritization, workflow, and laboratory productivity.
- Ensure compliance with chemical, biological, and environmental safety regulations.
- Develop and supervise the implementation of occupational safety procedures (fire prevention & control, waste handling, PPE, safety training).
- Understand and comply with current legal regulations of MARD, MONRE, and MOST.
- Manage and report incidents, deviations, complaints, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
REQUIREMENTS
- Male/Female, aged 22–35
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Agronomy, or Biotechnology
- Strong knowledge in analytical chemistry or microbiology
- Familiar with standard analytical methods (TCVN, AOAC, ISO, CIPAC, etc.) and analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, etc.
- Experience: ≥ 3–5 years working in a laboratory; or ≥ 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Good communication, presentation, training, and teamwork skills
- Strong skills in technical reporting, data analysis, and using LIMS/Excel/Word
- Ability to read and understand technical documents in English
- Ability to work independently, handle high pressure, and solve problems effectively
- High professional ethics, scientific integrity, data confidentiality, and analytical result security
- Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Saturday + frequent overtime
- Workplace: Lot MB1-2, Duc Hoa 1 Industrial Park, Hamlet 5, Duc Hoa Dong, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province
