HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION STAFF
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive recruitment requests from departments and develop hiring plans and recruitment strategies.
- Manage attendance, payroll, bonuses, and other payments for employees.
- Handle social insurance procedures, including increases/decreases, sick leave, maternity benefits, etc.
- Maintain employee records and prepare daily HR reports.
- Register personal income tax codes and dependent information.
- Propose, procure, and distribute office supplies.
- Process payments for electricity, water, telephone, and other incurred expenses.
- Coordinate the organization of year-end parties and team-building activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Male/Female, aged from 22 to 35.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Proactive, adaptable, decisive, and able to solve problems efficiently.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong management and training capabilities.
- Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Working location: MB1-2 Lot, Duc Hoa 1 Industrial Park, Hamlet 5, Duc Hoa Dong, Duc Hoa, Long An.

- Basic salary: 9,000,000 – 13,000,000 VND.
