COMMUNICATIONS STAFF

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Internal Communications:
    - Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to promote the employer brand through engaging content.
    - Write announcements, news articles, inspirational content, and internal publications.
    - Plan and organize internal programs such as company birthday celebrations, team-building activities, onboarding programs, and other periodic internal events.
    - Collect and share Employee Stories.
    - Coordinate with employees across departments to promote company culture and internal communication campaigns.
2. Social Media Content Creation:
    - Develop ideas and create TikTok videos, reels, photos, and articles related to company culture, employee activities, and behind-the-scenes content.
    - Take photos, record videos, and perform basic video editing using tools such as CapCut, Canva, VN, etc.
    - Manage internal communication channels and support Employer Branding activities on public platforms.
3. Cross-Department Coordination:
    - Act as the key liaison among teams to collect materials, organize events, and communicate strategic announcements.
    - Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
    - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
    - English communication skills are preferred.
    - No prior experience required.
    - Willingness to travel for business purposes.
    - Professional Skills: Strong writing skills, creativity, and a good sense of aesthetics. Basic video shooting and editing skills are required.
    - Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
    - Personal Attributes: Energetic, strong communication skills, attentive to detail, and passionate about creating a positive impact in the workplace.
    - Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
    - Workplace: MB1-2 Lot, Duc Hoa 1 Industrial Park, Hamlet 5, Duc Hoa Dong Commune, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province, Vietnam.
